Your garment(s) should arrive within 3-4 weeks after ordering; a track & trace number will be sent to your email once we dispatch your parcel, so you can easily follow the whereabouts of your package.

Yes! We ship to most parts of the world; Please note that import duties and customs fees vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not ship to APO, FPO, DPO, PO Boxes, forwarding addresses, or courier collection points.

We do deliver to all residential and business addresses.

Pro Tip: Ship to your office and never miss a delivery! 

When your garments require minor tweaking to get them fitting perfectly, Harland Gunnar will provide alteration credit to you.

To start the process, please email us the pictures of you wearing our garment at: alteration@harlandgunnar.com within ten days of receiving your garment. One of our tailors will contact you shortly to provide an alteration form. Visit your local tailor with our alteration instructions and submit your receipt for reimbursement. We will also update your pattern on file with all of these final adjustments so that they will be incorporated into your next order. Harland Gunnar provides up to $100 credit for 3-piece suit, up to $75 for 2-piece suit order,and $50 jacket/sportscoat,$25 for waistcoat and trousers

Once we receive your order, we start the process of pattern drafting, cutting the length of fabric according to your body. Every garment we produce is custom-made, built to fit you and only you. Therefore we cannot offer refunds once an order has been submitted. Gift cards are also non-refundable. Customizations cannot be changed once an order is placed. Once we’ve received your order, our tailor starts the process of cutting fabric based on your design, and we cannot make changes once the fabric has been cut.

To ensure the longevity of your garments, please follow the care instructions included with your order.

Harland Gunnar offers five types of jacket construction: half canvas, full canvas, light half canvas, light full canvas, and unconstructed. There are also five types of shoulders: structured shoulder (natural padding structure), roped shoulder, pleated shoulder, lightly padded shoulder, and unconstructed shoulder. Additionally, we offer four kinds of lining: full lining, half lining, butterfly lining, and unlined. Moreover, we provide a range of design options, so please feel free to ask how we can further accommodate your tastes.

At Harland Gunnar, we are excited to present you with a special offer when you place a 2-piece suit order. You can add a waistcoat to your ensemble for just $85. It's a wonderful way to elevate your outfit with a touch of sophistication.

Our measuring methods are specific to Harland Gunnar. Therefore we cannot use your old suits’ measurements—every centimeter matters when it comes to creating a well-fitting garment. Please follow our Measurement Guiding Video to upload your measurements. These data will help us create a unique pattern for your body. Your individual body pattern will be saved so that your next order will be just as well-fitting. 

Once our tailor receives your body measurements, they will double-check to see if there are any errors made by an unleveled tape measure, etc. Our tailors have been tailoring suits for different body types for decades; when an error has occurred, it’s second nature for us to notice them, so we may contact you for confirmation.
